Terms & Conditions
1. About us
CleanersHub (the “Service”, “platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by PRAXON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 148 New Fosseway Road, Bristol, BS14 9LJ, United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CleanersHub website, applications and services. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- “Account” — the account you create to access the Service.
- “Customer” or “you” — the business or individual that registers for and uses the Service.
- “Your Data” — the content, records and information you and your users add to the Service.
- “Users” — people you authorise to use the Service under your Account (e.g. team members).
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your Account. Tell us promptly at contact@cleaners-hub.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. Early access
The Service is currently offered on a pre-launch / early-access basis. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, may change, and certain features may be added, altered or withdrawn as we continue to build the platform. We may set or update pricing and plan limits before or at general availability, and will make current pricing available before any charge applies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit your Users to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, offensive or malicious;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
- send unsolicited communications (spam) or use the messaging features in breach of applicable laws.
6. Your Data
You retain all rights in Your Data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Data and for having any necessary consents (for example, to contact your own clients).
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (including UK GDPR). Where we act as your processor for the personal data of your clients, we process it on your instructions as set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees & payment
Where paid plans apply, fees, billing frequency and any free-trial terms will be shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers; by paying you also agree to their terms. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, payment processing, messaging, mapping and data-import tools) to deliver its features. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by or licensed to PRAXON LTD and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and may suspend the Service where necessary to protect it or comply with the law.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period (or £100 if you have paid nothing).
13. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Your Data available for a reasonable period for export where practicable, after which it may be deleted.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice in the Service). Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
